Free Standard Shipping on Every Order

Standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum purchase. Faster shipping, such as USPS Priority Mail, is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We also ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses and US territories.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders ship within one business day by USPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after they ship. During busy seasons, such as the weeks before Christmas, delivery can take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package on the USPS website.

Address Changes; Lost or Damaged Packages

Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please double-check your address at checkout, because we can't redirect a package once it's on its way.

Package lost or damaged? If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your books arrive damaged, email us within 30 days of your order with your order number. For damaged books, please include a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. School, library and retailer orders: please report damaged items within 10 days of delivery, as described in our Return Policy.

Schools, Co-ops and Bulk Orders

Ordering for a classroom, school or homeschool co-op? Free shipping applies to your order too. For large orders, email us first and we'll help you plan delivery.
