Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchased directly from our website, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
We suggest that you ship your return via UPS or Fed Ex because they automatically insure packages for up to $100. If you ship through the United States Postal Service, please insure the package. We aren’t responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us. Please allow three weeks to process your return.
The item must be in unused, like-new condition. Pack items securely in a box and include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. Address the package to:

We will reimburse the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or, if that isn’t possible, via check. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds for orders placed through schools, scholarship or grant programs, or any other organization will be sent directly back to the original ordering entity.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We cannot accept returns in certain situations:
- Products purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies.
- Sales to schools, libraries, and retailers are not returnable except for damaged items. Please inspect packages upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of any damage.
