We want every child to love their reading experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchased directly from our website, you may return it within one year of purchase for a refund.
Items must be unused and in like-new condition. Books sold as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
We will reimburse the original purchase price to your original method of payment whenever possible. If that isn’t possible, we will issue a refund by check. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If your order was placed through a school, scholarship, grant program, or another organization, the refund will be issued directly to the original ordering entity.
Products purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned to that retailer and are subject to their return policies.

Special notes for schools, libraries, and retailers

Sales to schools, libraries, and retailers are not returnable except in the case of damaged items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
